Dylan Benson grew up in a small country beach town in Australia called Umina. He is the son of Greg Benson and Amanda Benson who are both actors and previously long-time stars on Australia's number one soap opera, Home and Away - this is where they met and eventually got married.
At the age of 15, Dylan featured in his first TV commercial. With a taste for getting in front of the camera, he showed some interest but was focused on studying finance and economics at The University of Sydney. In 2014, he would sign with one of Australia's biggest modeling agencies, Chic Management. He would go on to feature on the cover of Cosmopolitan Bride, walk at Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Australia, and shoot for companies such as Guess, Cosmopolitan, Colgate, Levis, Top Man and many more.
During his time modeling, he dabbled in acting classes and became obsessed. He continued his studies at The University of Sydney but his main focus became acting. He has since spent many years studying the craft of acting and featured in global commercials and TV shows such as Australia’s number one soap opera, Home and Away.
As well as being in front of the camera, Dylan has also been behind the camera. He recently assisted as a grip on set
Dylan currently resides in Los Angeles continuing to work on his career in Acting and trains with Bob Krakower and Lesly Kahn
